Ok, more or less here's how we see it, and why we rejected.
Miller is as valuable, of not more valuable than Terry cuz he's a Center and you can get out of his contract sooner.
Walton for JWill is more or less a wash. Walton is a better player, but JWill has the expiring thing going...
So then we get to Kobe and a 1st for Melo...um obviously that favors the Kobe/1st side, and by quite a lot.

One MOD said he'd probably accept without the 1st in there, I personally still don't think I'd accept.
