Once again, your offer is invalid because you are already over the cap, plus you didn't add total salaries. Read the rules before making offers

GS - My client would like more length in the contract. One more guaranteed year and an PO at that amount would do it. He would also like to know where he would be in the rotation.
Orl - Tony likes your offer, but if the Warriors comply, he has them as a higher priority in terms of where he wants to go. Adding more money than GS will do it, since if the offers were the same amount, he would rather go to GS.

Again, he is having a tough time with his decision as both offers are good. The only problems are that the Warriors' aren't offering as much money as the Magic. And in Orlando, he would get more money per year. If there are any changes to your offers you want to make, make them soon, he'll decide tomorrow when he comes to a decision.

The Miami Heat will like to offer Tony Allen to a 6 year deal worth $22,000,000.
Year 1: $3,250,000 Year 2: $3,250,000 Year 3: $3,500,000 Year 4: $3,750,000 Year 5: $4,000,000 Year 6: $4,250,000
Total: $22,000,000
Sorry about the late offer but interest in Craig Smith has gotten crazy with the Clippers offer. We thought we could get Smith cheaper and but obviously we were wrong. We also didn't think a player of Tony Allen's level would still be on the board. Miami is the best team offering him a contract right now, We promise him the 6th man role (coming off the bench at the 2 and 3.) I know looking at our bench we are stacked but Jaric will be out, Walker can be the backup at the 4 and Belini is young and unproven as to what he can do. We also will play lots of small ball with Kristc on the bench and Allen at the 2 guard with Granger/Melo/Amare up front. He probably will start some games and have a very good year as well as be on a good team. We are offering more money than Golden State or Orlando and are a better team than either of them. We hope Tony will look at Miami as a legit option and come to play for us, we are a few pieces away from being a legit team and we feel Tony can help us get there. Also don't worry about the offer we made Trevor Ariza, we will withdraw if Tony signs with us.
Priority List: 1. Tony Allen 2. Trevor Ariza

He accepts this offer. The fact that GS was with him from the get-go did the trick. Orlando came in late, and he likes the control he gets here rather than the straight foward deal with Orlando. Update you charts ASAP.
