it would be better if we had an "uneven number" of staff members...it would be easier IMO like 7-5 guys

I honestly don't see a mojor reason to overall the TC but if we're going to I think the Admins (NJ, PH) should pick who's going to be in it and like Houston said it should have an odd number of members so no trades come to a stale mate
