I think a lot of people are unhappy with the TC, and talk is cheap so this thread if for everything TC. Phoenix doesn't have to do anything, but the voice of the people is a powerful weapon. I think it's only fair these changes would take effect next year but it needs to be done.
TC: *NJ *PHX BOS DAL LAL CHA

I don't think you can really kick an admin off, but I feel like since it's been so bad we need change with the other 5.

I do think that a change is needed, but let Phoenix and NJ pick the Commitee.

there are 7 votes in total but only 5 teams including me have posted why. If you are going to vote i think you should at least say why you think there needs to be a new TC or keep the same. But im with Miami and Washington and Houston i think we need a change i dont even know when was the last time a deal got accepted other than those small little trades. I feel that if a team makes a huge trade that can change the whole team i think its fair that you let there deal go through, unless its some ridiculous trade that makes no sense at all. but for a trade like NY that has to go through there is almost nothing wrong with it i thought it was perfect and who are you to tell a GM that the trade they did shouldnt go through because you think a player is A superstar witch isnt I.E Durant. And durant is prolly the reason why this trade got rejected. just let a team build and make them trades themselves just moderate the level of rip off thats it.

I totally agree with you G-State. Not only do we need new committee members, we need some one monitoring teams to see if they are active, and not just logging in for a sec so the gm looks active. Eventhough there is supposedly one, I have pmd teams without any responses. We need to make this league more active. When I first joined this league there was always a good group of gms online, and that was only six weeks ago....

sometimes i feel trades get rejected becuase the teams on the TC know now that team might be even better than their team witch might be the team they may face in the playoffs

Putting words into other people's mouths isn't the way to win friends. I could say something like, "The only reason you want a new TC is b/c you are upset that your trade got rejected and now want revenge." Now that wouldn't be fair would it.

I don't think anyone is really not passing trades because it hurts there team but I think since that TOR/MIN trade there has been a big divide in the league. Everyone wants to show everyone they were right about that, and most of people that disagreed with the TOR/MIN deal aren't on the TC. I think there is a little bit of a divide and we need to try to make it less of a divide, but at the same time we need to heal from that as well. I don't think it's anyone fault on the TC I just think (and a lot agree) that this is what it has come to and it's hurting the league.

I don't see why this demand for a new TC keeps coming back to my trade, exspecialy since my team has been better since I've made that trade

It's not just that trade but it started all this is what I'm saying....you can debate that trade all you want but that's when the rift between the TC/everyone else started. Then that deal I had with SAC made it really bad. I'm over bashing you for that trade, you know how I feel about it and it seems to be working for you so more power to you.

Boston isn't really that active, no offense to him but he has his own league and stuff. I think Boston is a knowledge guy but he's kind off on a different issue, time and it does take awhile for trades. I agree with 6 of the 7, Boston wouldn't be bad. If I'm picking I say Seattle or Dallas but there are many qualified candidates.

yeah....its hard to say cuz we have active guys like Chicago/Dallas/Seattle that have a good "basketball mind" (knowledge) but he have guys like Boston who are very respected but he isnt that active here

I think Chicago should be one of the last picks to be on the TC, imo.
