Two teams going through the Tournament with unbeaten records 8-0 both Meet one has to lose. I remember in the third when it was 4-2 Canada and the Russians were starting to press I said to a buddy "I guess the Russians wished they had Kovalev now!".... I guess they didn't need him since they had Kovalchuk, Ovechkin, Semin and Fedorov.
It was an Awesome game back and for action great saves both goalies Nabby and Ward to keep the teams in the game.
Now I get to sit back and watch Malkin and gonchar disassemble the Flyers and Tomorrow finally watch Detroit and Datsyuk run Turco and the Stars out of the playoffs.
It was great to see Lindros dumped from the record books by Heatley and Nash. Never have to mention Eric again wooohooo.
Handshakes all round. Team Canada (awesome games though). Philly and Dallas.
Congrats Team Russia full value for the win.

Ya, we take it in their country and they take it in our country. We're gonna win 2010 Olympics hopefully.

The Americans will have some interesting prospects: Erik Johnson who's slated to be the next Chris Pronger and Patrick Kane who's a stud for the Blackhawks and a big reason why hockey is back in the Windy City. It'll be Canada, Russia and the US in 2010.

im Canadian but i always go against the national hockey team becuz in this country its all about hockey they dont care about the young basketball players so wen canada lost i was soo happy agreed totally.. im a star highschool player and being scouted but i doubt anything is going too happen thats why im following my career in Automotive Design.. im starting Small Forward on the leading school team in my region. im the star of my team by far.. we have won the LOSSA championship 4 years in a row since got on the team in grade 9.. i made the senior team at my all basketball based school in grade 9 and have been on the team ever since.. i doubt they're gunna do anything about it though.. my coach has told me i have the potential too go play on an ncaa team in the states .. but they dont scout here in toronto.. its rediculous.. they dont know what young talent there missing out on.. so im not following that american dream of eventually making it too the nba.. im guna continue playing basketball through my life.. but im also getting my smarts lol.. im going too work at General Motors designing new car models.. i have the potential too be a great force in the world of basketball.. but hey.. they wont do anything
