Have you guys heard the news for the upcoming NBA Live '09? They said it won't be released on the PC, only on the next-gen systems like PS3 and X-Box 360. What do you guys think about this and how will it affect the future of this league? Well, We can just rely on patches and updates anyway, But still, this is a total B***S*** for us PC Gamers and at the same time, Basketball Enthusiasts... Source: www.nba-live.com |

yeah it kind of sucks for sim leagues....we use 07 so we can just hope that they keep making patches for it, if they dont then we will have to figure something out

Why would it suck? You just make the rooks. Sure it takes some time but it isn't a ton of work.

Well, according to EA, they said they would halt the production of '09 to "gathe,r up and regroup" because NBA Live in PC, indeed, has many errors, bugs, glitches etc... They didn't say that they would halt the production of NBA Live for PC forever, besides, if they halt production of NBA Live forever, I'm pretty sure that other NBA Gaming producers would take the chance to take-over the PC NBA Game, like 2kSports etc... |

I figure the computer version people use for sim leagues mostly and they make less money off of sim's than a console game.
