I accept. This deal makes logical sense for me since i have a player in Stuckey to play PG.

Yes. Dallas gets the PG he really needs to round out his team. He has a multitude of PF/C that are capable of starting, with Lopez being the worst rated one of them I believe. His picks will be very late in the round, so while they are nice for me to get to make up value from Lee to Lopez, they don't hurt him that much moving them.
Washington as he said had a couple PG types and really wanted a big man like Lee to build around. He gets Bass to make up the slightly value difference between Calderon and Lee. Washington also has plenty of cap next year, so re-signing Lee is no problemo.
I get a player who I think is as good as David Lee, and probably will be rated about the same by the time we do our next rating changes (midseason I believe). I do get hurt 4 ratings points in my starting lineup for this year though, so I get the picks from Dallas, which I mentioned are likely pretty late in the rounds, so it's not a TON of value, but enough to make me want to do this deal. Having Lopez locked up for 2 years after this one is very important for me in building and maintaining a competitor...as opposed to needing to sign Lee after this year.
I think this is one of the best 3-way deals we've ever seen attempted in this league, heck maybe any sim league.

I accept this deal, i get the point guard for this team who will be the floor general. I hate to lose Lopez, but sacrifices must be made.... The picks shouldnt be too high, and i dont build through the draft anyways. A 5 of Calderon-Manu-Melo-Sheed-Dirk in some order is scary good
