The Charlotte Bobcats would like to bring in Ersan Ilyasova to be a 3rd string type backup SF/PF on our team. We feel he can develop into a very good player, and would like to help develop him on our team.
Year 1: $2,000,000 Year 2: $500,000 Year 3: $1,500,000 (TO) Year 4: $2,000,000 Year 5: $2,500,000 (PO)
Mr. Player Agent, please let us know what type of offer you would like.

The Wizards match this offer and would like to say that his situation would be very similar to what is going on in real life. He would receive some playing time
Year 1: 500,000 Year 2: 1,000,000 Year 3: 1,500,000 Year 4: 2,000,000

Mr. Ilyasova is more concerned with playing time at this point in his career. He want to develop and he can't do that on the 3rd string team. Even though the money is more with Charlotte my client accepts the Wizards offer.
Washington, you need to cut someone. You have a full roster (15 players) after your recent trades. You have 24 hours to cut someone. Otherwise he will be a Bobcats.

Is Washington really going to give a 56-rated player that much PT?
