CV31 is a 79 I believe, not a big deal but thought I would throw that out.

The OKC Thunder would like to offer Mr Villanueva our full MLE exception of 4 years at 20 million dollars. With a starting lineup of Shaq, Odom, Battier, McGrady and Calderon, he can expect to be our 6th man from day one, logging plenty of prime time minutes and competing for a championship. With the sometimes fragile health (and age) of Shaq, he can expect to get many spot starts and by next season, become a full time starter. If he would prefer a shorter term deal, we would be happy to accomodate that as well. Thanks.
Year 1 $5,000,000 (MLE) Year 2 $5,000,000 Year 3 $5,000,000 Year 4 $5,000,000
4 years, $20 million total

The Grizzlies offer Charlie Villanueva a contract worth 30 million over 4 years.
2009/2010: $6,000,000 2010/2011: $7,000,000 2011/2012: $8,000,000 2012/2013: $9,000,000
Grizzlies Team Salaries without Villanueva (including all options and draft picks):
09/10 Total Salary: $37,484,980 10/11 Total Salary: $38,740,824 11/12 Total Salary: $34,379,960 12/13 Total Salary: $29,486,120 13/14 Total Salary: $0
We feel that Charlie has developed into a quality starting PF and can help fill our hole at that postion as our new starter. Our team has a very bright future with Flynn, Brooks, Rush, Clark, Johnson, Biedrins and a lot of cap room, and we feel that Charlie is still young enough to fit into our rebuilding plans but also experienced to lead our younger players. We will also give Charlie the chance to opt out of his contract in 2012 in case he is not happy in Memphis or wants to sign another long term contract.
priority list: Ron Artest, Wilson Chandler, Charlie Villanueva, Corey Maggette, Channing Fyre

The Clippers would like to offer Charlie the following contract:
2008/2009: $10,000,000 2009/2010: $8,000,000 2010/2011: $8,500,000 2011/2012: $9,000,000
Total: $35,500,000
Charlie will be the PF of the future and will star on a team that also has young players like Devin Harris, Nate Robinson, Joakim Noah and Ryan Anderson. He will be our main post scorer and will be in the spotlight in LA. He'd also fit into our run n gun offensive style where his skillset is best suited.

The Milwaukee Bucks would like to extend the following offer:
2008/2009: $12,000,000 2009/2010: $11,000,000 2010/2011: $11,000,000 (PO) 2011/2012: $11,000,000
Total: $45,000,000
After losing Rasheed Wallace, we'd like to bring in CV to take over the PF slot. He would team up with Roy Hibbert to form a solid inside - outside frontcourt. Playing time and shots shouldn't be a problem as CV will be one of our leading scorers and will be our starting PF for the duration of his contract.

The Sixers are willing to increase their offer but only if it pleases Charlie and his agent. We believe money is not everything and we have a good solid team that might just get better after a few offseason aquisitions.

The Washington Wizards would like to offer CV31 a 5 year 70 Million dollar offer.
Year 1: 12,000,000 Year 2: 13,000,000(PO) Year 3: 14,000,000 Year 4: 15,000,000(TO) Year 5: 16,000,000
The Wizards can offer CV31 a starting job somewhere in our system. Whether it be a move for Aldridge to Center(a little small but we're aware and would actually be alright with that being a faster team) or a move to C for CV31(We're again aware). Our best case scenario would be trading the troubled Deng. We give Mr. Villanueva an out after the first year if he's not happy with the way things are going as well and in year 4 we give a team option in case he's not playing up to his level.
Priority: JONeal, CV31

Mr. Villanueva loves the situation in Memphis and loves all the young talent around him. The money may not be as much as some of the other offers but my client feels he will be a perfect complement to Biedrins. Update charts ASAP. The Grizzlies would like to up their offer to Charlie Villanueva to 44 million over 4 years. 2009/2010: $10,000,000 2010/2011: $11,000,000 2011/2012: $11,000,000 2012/2013: $12,000,000
