The Dallas Mavericks would like to offer Rasheed Wallace a contract for 4 years $18,000,000
Year 1: $3,000,000 Year 2: $4,000,000 Year 3: $5,000,000 Year 4: $6,000,000
Team Salary per year without Rasheed, with all options picked up 2009- $55,171,886 2010- $50,929,013 2011- $22,317,735
The Dallas Mavericks would love to have Rasheed on this team in order to make a run at an NBA title. We know that at this point of his career he is looking to be on a contending team and is not concerned about money. Here in Dallas he would be welcomed with open arms. We may not be able to offer him the most money in free agency, but we can guarantee runs at titles for the next few years. This is what every player wants, a championship. We feel that this opportunity will be worth much more to Rasheed than just money. This GM is building a team in order to make title runs for the next 3 years and we would like Rasheed to be a part of that.
This team already consists of great players such as Dirk, Manu, and Melo.... we are also targeting Gilbert Arenas to be the point guard for this team. If Rasheed were to sign with the Mavericks, he would become the starting center for this team that would undoubtedly be one of the best in the league. If both Gilbert and yourself sign here, a starting lineup of Arenas,Manu,Melo,Dirk,Rasheed would wreak havoc in the NBA.
We look forward to hearing from your agent.

This is how Mr. Wallace feels about these offers...
Oklahoma City Thunder: He likes this offer the most because of the complete makup of the team. He feels out of all the teams targeting him this is the one team that has the best shot at winning it all with him.
Denver Nuggets: The money isn't the issue. His potential role is. Mr. Wallace doesn't feel that the Nuggets will offer him the playing time he still thinks he deserves. So the Nuggets are eliminated.
Houston Rockets: The money would be nice but Mr. Wallace just doesn't like the makeup of the bench. He would love to play with Nash but feels that he is more of a spot up shooter/post player than a fast break player at this point in his career. Houston eliminated.
Dallas Mavericks: My client would love to play with Melo and Dirk. Starting at center though isn't what he likes to envision doing in the West. Even so, the Mavs have made it into 'Sheed's top final 3 teams.
Detroit Pistons: This team has a ton of talent and is on it's way to a deep playoff run. Rasheed has always wanted to play alongside Bosh and that is the reason he is still considering the Pistons.
Remaining Team Rankings 1. Thunder 2. Pistons 3. Mavericks

The Mavericks appreciate being in the top 3 teams for Rasheed's service. The Mavericks feel that Rasheed is a special player who can play the 3-5 on any team. We love his ability to play inside as well as step out and hit the 3 ball.
The Mavericks have many roster possibilities with a versatile player like Rasheed Wallace. Their are many possible roster combinations that can be utilized with this team that can give other teams fits. As we previously mentioned Rasheed has the talent to start at the center position for us. If this is not what Rasheed wants, we can see him with a couple of other possibilities that we will run. Rasheed can be moved to the PF position, and allow Dirk to play the center position. This will be deadly with Melo-Sheed-and Dirk downlow. This provides matchup problems for any team in the league. We can also see Rasheed getting plenty of minutes coming off of the bench in a 6th man role. This will give us a scoring kick off the bench that would be second to none. This would put Rasheed in a great position to not only win a title with the Mavericks, but also an individual award as he would have to be one of the favorites for the 6th man of the year award.
This GM is also going to do everything that he can in order to get Gilbert Arenas on this roster. This will make this a complete team and one that will be tough to beat.
Let us know if there is anything else that this organization can do or explain in order to gain Mr Wallace's service.

The Pistons would really like Rasheed to know that he is the team's number one priority this off season and would really be happy if he chooses to sign with us.
We think that with Rasheed's experience throughout his career he would really increase the Pistons chance of winning the title. We also know that our team needs veteran leadership and that is what we want from Rasheed other than his great skill in the game.
