Even though my client didn't perform well last season he knows how good he is and he still was a glue guy for the Magic. He feels this offer is too low and would like an offer starting at
09/10: $3,000,000 10/11: $3,500,000 11/12: $4,000,000 12/13: $4,500,000 (team/player option)

thx for the info...well Parker is 34 years old and just a role player...dont forget...we would like to resign him...we make a better offer:
yr1: $1,100,000 yr2: $1,600,000 yr3: $2,100,000 yr4: $2,600,000 (player option) yr5: $3,100,000
that's 10,5 millions for a 34 year old player guaranted!

Mr. Parker isn't thrilled with your counter so will be a free agent. He will be seeking more money but feel free to offer him a contract during free agency because he might just take the offer then. He loves the Magic franchise so an offer from Orlando would mean a lot.
