Edit: anyway if we allow that or not it wont be accepted...Utah will be paying a full contract (and a high one) for a player who isnt even playing for him...I mean A FULL CONTRACT...and I dont know if we allow that

No, we don't allow that. "Cash considerations" haven't been implemented in this league.

Oh, and you can't trade "rights" to a player who isn't an unsigned rookie. If J.R. Smith is a RFA then he HAS to be signed before being traded. Hence, a sign and trade.
