The Charlotte Bobcats would like to offer Amir Johnson a 6 year contract worth 15 million dollars.
Year 1: $4,000,000 Year 2: $1,000,000 Year 3: $2,000,000 Year 4: $2,000,000 (PO) Year 5: $3,000,000 Year 6: $3,000,000 (PO)
If Amir accepts our offer, we will be releasing Bostjan Nachbar immediately to make sure we have room for Amir. We love his youth and athleticism, and he will fit on our team awesomely. Also, we feel Amir will be our main PF off the bench, as we are not happy with Marcus Haislip as of late. In fact, depending on how the game shakes out, he could come off the bench ahead of any other big man on the team right now.
If he would like, we could put in a player option somewhere...up to the player agent.
Amir is now our one and only priority.
We modified the deal a little bit more. If he wants a player option we'll put it in but he's getting more upfront money now, and slightly smaller salary throughout the other years, just to help us build a better team around CP3 and our other stars.

Year 1: $500,000 Year 2: $1,000,000 Year 3: $1,500,000 Year 4: $2,000,000 Year 5: $2,500,000 (PO) Year 6: $3,500,000
TOTAL= 11 MIL
We feel Amir can take over the starting PF in a few years if we can't re-sign Sheed or Marion

Phoenix, your offer is only for 11 million, so I matched it. The Bobcats also love Amir's future in this league, and hope he decides to come on over to Charlotte.

Right now he likes the Hornets' offer more, since he has a big chance off the bench, and he gets to learn from one of the best in Shaq. He hasn't made a decision yet though. And he hasn't ruled out Charlotte.

I'm working on my roster as we speak. I really do love Amirs longterm talent and potential, plus he's already a very useful performer. As we said, we'd be alright dropping Nachbar immediately to make roster space for Amir. We just made a deal to get rid of Bruce Bowen also, and got back two guys we will probably just drop and eat their contracts. Clearing space to keep CP3 around for a long time baby!
I also want to point out, that while Amir does have strength at shot blocking and rebounding, those are the only areas he could learn from shaq, since Amir is 6'9" he relies more on his athleticism than Shaq ever did. Also, is Shaq even still on the Hornets or didn't he get traded?

Amir is wondering if he can get a PO someone in one of the two offers. If he can make more money in a few years, he would like an option to opt out to earn that money.

And btw, NO, you need a prioity list.
