The Charlotte Bobcats would like to offer Nenad Krstic a 6 year deal worth $13,500,000. Nenad will compete for a starting job with Spencer Hawes right away, and whoever does not win the starting job will be the first big man off the bench. The Bobcats love Nenad's skillset, and he will fit in perfectly on our team.
Year 1: $3,000,000 Year 2: $2,500,000 Year 3: $2,000,000 Year 4: $2,000,000 Year 5: $2,000,000 Year 6: $2,000,000

The Miami Heat would like to offer Nenad Kristic a 6 year deal worth $15,000,000.
Year 1: $2,000,000 (MLE) Year 2: $2,250,000 Year 3: $2,500,000 Year 4: $2,500,000 Year 5: $2,500,000 Year 6: $2,500,000

Kristic will be our starting, no if's and's or but's about it he WILL. There is no Spencer Hawes in Miami, if he can beat out Zaza and Cato the job is his.

No If's and or buts huh? what about that last sentence? how is it different from what I said?
"if he can beat out Zaza and Cato the job is his."
Anyway, we will up our offer to 6 years, $16,000,000. Nenad has a very bright future in this league, and we'd like it to be on the Bobcats. He can go over to the "flamers" if he's so inclined, but he can get as much playing time with us as with anyone, and be part of a great, young, developing team with playoff experience already.
Year 1: $4,000,000 Year 2: $2,000,000 Year 3: $2,500,000 Year 4: $2,500,000 Year 5: $2,500,000 Year 6: $2,500,000

Well I mean we have other centers on the roster....He will play 30 + mins as long as he doesn't do drugs and Miami is the better team right now as far as I can see. Amare is the perfect kind of player for young Kristic to pair himself with.

Before we counter this one, we think it is fair that you declare who is your most pressing FA addition? You only get one MLE, and your first offer was to JR Smith using all of your exception. Who is your priority? JR or Nenad? Or what about Thabo?
You tell us, or the league, that, and we will counter accordingly.

JR probably won't accept my offer....I have clearly stated he is my 1st priority....I have enough MLE this year to sign both Thaboo and Kristic since he probably won;t.

Ok, well once again...and this is getting redundant...you can't raise more than 250,000 per year...so modify your offer, and we'll make our offer.

The Bobcats have reached our max offer for Nenad at this point. We wish him luck with whatever road he takes. We just must make sure we have the cap space to sign Chris Paul next offseason, plus we have Tyler Hansbrough and Serge Ibaka now as young PF/Cs...plus Spencer Hawes as a GREAT young starting C. Good luck with wherever you end up Nenad.
We are going to withdraw all offers for Nenad on account of having more depth at that position than we originally thought. Good luck Nenad.
