I wanted to include Green and get back Scola. Iffy is one of the up and comers in the league.

BTW, this is a solid deal for Philly. This is a move for the future, he's not trying to win now. He's gets 2 solid players and 17M in cap space for the off-season to sign some big FA's. With Andre Miller coming off the books as well, that's a lot of cap space. Chandler is coming off a great year and is only getting better while Battier is one of the best role players in the league.
Chandler, Gordon, Westbrook, 25M+ in cap space is a great foundation to build around.

I agree, this trade is crap for Philly. Having Iggy secured is better than possibly getting a FA.

The cap room would be nice especially since there are some good free agents going to be out there. You never know though, if you would be able to sign one of them. I would like to have the cap room. There is only one guy I would think could replace Iguodala on the free agent market. I really would have wanted to get back Gasol or Camby, preferably Gasol. But Sac said thats not gonna happen. Westbrook, Gordon, Iguodala > Westbrook, Gordon, Battier/ Chandler. Looks like it will vetoed anyway.
