I accept this deal, I get Bibby who can help run this team. Conley hasn't worked out very well for me and I lose SAR's contract which is a plus. The picks are hopefully meaning less (as I get closer to my goal of a world title) but are in there to offset taking SAR's contract. Conley could blow up next year for all I know, I just know right now he hasn't played well and if I'm gonna take the next step I need a PG who can play. Bibby isn't a pass first PG, but he can hit open shots which will help some. I'm not sold on Bibby but I think for the price I got him at it's worth a try, come playoff time it will be important for my team to hit 3's. Good luck to Utah with his rebuilding and hopefully this can help me get higher in the Eastern Conference Standings. Bibby knows Washington as he lead the RR1 Wizards to the playoffs and lost in 6 to a good Atlanta team.

i accept the deal. My team blows right now anyway, I only lose 3 rating points going from Bibby to Conley, and I like Conley's upside with the new coach in Memphis.
SAR's contract sucks, but not all that bad. this season is winding downish, and next year that's a nice expiring contract value. I'm a pretty good drafter, IMO, so the picks have value for me.
