I accept, the way I see this trade for my team is Spencer Hawes and Chris Paul for Kevin Martin and Andrew Bynum with Raef LaFrentz just in it for salary reasons. Also I don't see Kevin Martin staying with a rating of a 83 for long and Bynum should go up a bit too.

I accept.
Let me explain why all the teams did this trade.
SAC - I needed a shakeup since my team's been on a slide, CP3 is the best PG in the league and you don't pass up on a talent like him. Crawford gives another scoring option and Hawes should do a decent job filling Bynum's shoes.
POR - Gets rid of the burden of trying to re-sign CP3 and gets full value for him in two of the brightest young players in the league in Martin and Bynum. Pretty good value for someone he could've ended up losing for nothing IMO.
MIL - Needed some defence in the backcourt and Hinrich is a huge upgrade over Crawford. Hinrich also brings experience and leadership and gives them a PG they've desperately needed
PHI - Finally gets his starting PF for a player that wasn't even on his active roster. Collison is capable of giving you 9/9 every night and IMO is what Philly needs up front.
