I say yes so that he could have a roster that is some what full and can actually compete.

i say yes as well, the league will stay balanced and if u have less than 10 players then they should ESPECIALLY be allowed too

I dont know why there even is a free agency deadline. Any team should be allowed to sign free agents right now IMO. Perhaps we should have waited until all teams were filled to have free agency too

as much as all of us want a full league that will never happen. We did have a full league and 5-6 gm's were incompetent and didn't do any team threads. Those gm's were booted and that brings us to today.
New gms are going to be joining up and they should have a chance to fill their roster

yes. and the reason we are not allowing anyone else to offer is to make summer league less complicated. now that SL is over FA is open again.

sounds good commish, I think it should be allowed for new teams as well. only seems fair to give them a shot at signing players after their team has been screwed. In some fantasy leagues GM's are given a draft pick in the NEXT YEAR'S draft if the last manager was inactive and missed a pick, even if it was a 1st rounder or anything. There is precedent for this type of thing in other leagues and other formats, so I think it makes sense.
