Yeah he was and is. Philly put it through and I also added him to the signed list. I didn't hear anything from you or any other gm to change it after Philly did that.

Also, he's been on your roster snapshot since then. I guess I forgot about it after awhile. I can take him off your roster if you want.

Yeah, do that please. Me and Phoenix came to an agreement about this and he hasn't been on my actual roster. I'd rather have Shakur than Howard.
