Los Angeles Lakers-Mr Granger likes the money that you put up for him and also loves the city of Los Angeles. He also likes that fact that he would be the #1 option in LA and would be getting plenty of touches. Due to these facts, you were not eliminated, but Danny has multiple questions regarding the situation in Los Angeles. 1)We see alot of young talent on your team, but who is going to be Danny's backcourt running mate? He wants to play with a point guard that is capable of running a team. 2)Is your roster pretty much set, or are you planning on going after any other big name free agents? 1. with Mr. Granger at starting at SF, and in various situations in SG or PF whether it's injury or something else, our STARTING PG and SG will be the phenom Stephen Curry who is the son of the great sharpshooter Dell Curry who led Davidson to the ELITE 8 and rising star Courtney Lee of Western Kentucky, and for further reinforcements we have Darren Collison, Jordan Farmer, and Louis Williams that can all handle the basketball and capable of running the offense. 2. with the addition of S. Curry via draft and Mr. Granger we would have 14 players on our roster, so our roster would be pretty much set but we still have 8 million dollars in salary left with the before we sign Curry but have signed Granger so if Mr. Granger wants us to sign another PG or add a PF/C we have the money to do that, BUT we would prefer to save that money as we would like to resign some of our young players who will become FA in the future for the long run and keep this nucleus intact so they can lead LAL to multiple championships.

1) What position would my client play? We see that you have Kobe that is the best 2 guard in the league and Lebron who is a traditional 2 or 3. Where do you see Danny fitting in with these guys?We have said it before and will say it again, Mr. Granger will play the 3 unless we get down in a playoff series, then we might try switching Granger and Lebron. Lebron and I talked after the lose to Mr. Granger's Spurs (in Rim Rocker 1) and we realized he struggled at the SG. We had talked some about trying him at the 4 and seeing how he did, and when we got the chance to get Kobe we thought it was perfect. Carmelo has played well at the 4 for the Pistons in RR2, why not Lebron? Kobe (outside of Lebron and maybe Wade) is the best outside player in the game, but Lebron can do so many things. Have you seen Lebron irl this year Mr. Granger? He's averaging a block a game from the SG/SF, put him in better positions to block shots and we feel like that could go up. We feel like we will be able to run but not lose much inside defensively with Camby and Lebron down low (think of the Suns with Amare and Marion, but better at pure defense.) If you don't believe us we promise to start Mr. Granger at SF the whole regular season, baring injuries...I don't believe in risking players. As far as where Mr. Granger fits in it will vary, we probably go at the mismatch every night (how many teams can guard all the weapons we have?) Primary offense will be a 4 out look with Lebron playing on the wing. The other teams 4 can not guard Lebron and they know it (similar to Rashard Lewis irl) Mr. Granger may have some PF's guarding him when the other teams get tired of Lebron scoring (like Hedo irl for the Magic) and he can go beat them to the basket with ease. Teams double Lebron and Kobe all the time, so there should be lots of open looks for Mr. Granger. He will be the 3rd option in a half court set obviously, but we hope to get points by getting out on the break, which would help everyone on the team score. Mr. Granger maybe asked to defend more than in the past, but is that a bad thing? He will get a chance to show his defensive skills, maybe DPOY? If Mr. Granger wants to score 25 PPG then Miami isn't for him obviously, he should have signed with Memphis or one of the LA's. If he wants to win a ring with Kobe and the King then we will make this happen. 2) Who do you plan on getting to run the point for this team? A title team needs a strong floor leader, and that is a very important aspect for us.We just signed Andre Miller with the intentions of pairing him up with Lebron, Kobe, Camby, and hopefully Mr. Granger. We passed on a higher rated Gilbert Arenas and Mike Bibby in order to get a pass first PG. Andre has lead the league in asst. more than once and with all the weapons we provide we expect him to compete this year. He may not be Steve Nash but he is one of the next best things, and Steve Nash never played with Lebron, Kobe, and Granger. You 3 should make Andre look like Nash, get open because he will get you the ball. 3) What sort of bench players are you planning on signing? Right now we dont see any on your team and that is a concern for us.You have to get give something to have all this talent, which we would have with Mr. Granger. If you sign with us we would have a 440 overall rating starting 5. PG: Andre Miller 79 SG: Kobe Bryant 96 SF: Danny Granger 86 PF: Lebron James 97 C: Marcus Camby 82 Bench is a VERY legit concern and we understand where Mr. Granger is coming from. We have Danny Green who we will sign and will be solid. We are going to be looking on the waivers for players to get but we won't have any cap space if you sign with us Mr. Granger. Miami's bench will probably look like last years, which was... Patterson 71 Payton 70 Van Horn 70 Richardson 70 Russell 67 Delk 66 Foster 65 Cato 65 Note: One of the 70's started, and we won the East! We'll be looking for older guys like the ones listed above. All of them are retired or done besides maybe Richardson, and we will look into bringing him in. Again we understand bench is a concern, and we will do the best we can to make the bench good, but it isn't going to be great by any means. That's my style, we won a EC Championship with the bench we had and we think with you Mr. Granger we can win the title! We wish you the best of luck and hope to see you in Miami, and hopefully not in Charlotte!

Mr Granger and I will meet and weigh out his options and then get back with the teams and decide on a final 3. This will be a tough decision for Mr Granger, but he is excited about next year and all the interest that has been shown his way by all teams involved. This decision will be posted within the next 6 hours. Thanks

Minnesota-We like the current construction of your team. You have a great young point guard in Deron Williams and a great young low post player in Al Jefferson. Also, Rashard Lewis provides great scoring on the wing. Your team is heading in the right direction and has great talent to challenge for a title in the years to come. 1)We have the same concerns about your bench as we did with Miami. Who is going to fill out this roster? Are you planning on signing any veteran leaders for this young team? 2)Danny doesnt have to be the first option, but their seems to be some great scoring players on your team... how will you handle having so many guys that need the ball? I'm going to be exercising my MLE this off season to deepen my bench. We will pick up small contracts for sure before offseason ends and also during the season for sure. Just to be clear, Minny can not use any MLE. You only get an MLE if you are over the cap before the FA period starts.

Mr Granger and I have met and we are going to narrow the field down to the final 3 teams which are going to be vying for his services over the next few years of his career. All of these teams share a couple of things in common: they have very good point guards, they look to play very good team defense, and they have plenty of talent that will surround Mr Granger. We have seen too many times that a star player goes to a team with not as much talent, and their career dies. We wish to pursue championships, and due to the fact that there is no large monetary differences, we wish to play for teams that will compete.
The teams still in it for Mr Granger: Miami Heat Minnesota Timberwolves Charlotte Bobcats
We will make a decision in the next day or so as to where we are going to play. Thank you to the Nets and the Lakers for your offers, but Mr Granger wishes to eliminate your offers.

Mr Granger and I have been talking over breakfast and we have decided to eliminate another team for Mr Grangers services. This decision has been extremely hard as he could see himself playing on any of these 3 talented squads. However, a decision must be made and another team must be cut
Miami- We like the makeup of your team with Kobe and Lebron and Camby. With your free agent acquisition of Andre Miller, you are an immediate threat to win it all. However we do not really see how he is going to fit into this system. With Kobe and Lebron, we feel that Mr Granger would not get enough touches to become an effective player. We like the money that you are paying, but do not feel that it is worth it to change his game. Danny needs touches and wants to have the ball, and with Lebron and Kobe-we dont see how this is going to be possible. Thanks for your offer and good luck to you in the season!
Teams remaining for Granger: Minnesota Charlotte

We would like to let Mr. Granger's agent know that we offered the 2nd most money of any team, this came down to Charlotte and Miami. I guess your client is going to Charlotte, I mean I hope you looked at the money, In Minny you are going to make chump change. Anyways we'll sign some other guys and don't expect a warm welcome in Miami, Mr. Granger

After contemplating long and hard and for many days, Mr Granger has decided where he wants to play ball for the next 6 years of his career. When it came to his final decision he had great trouble deciding between Charlotte and Minnesota. There are many similarities between these teams including: great talent, great young point guards, great GMs, and great cities.....but one of these teams was determined to have the best situation for Mr Granger.
Mr Granger appreciates the time and effort put in by all the GMs looking to acquire his services. His final decision came down to the fact that he wanted to play with a very talented point guard, on a talented team that could win a title, play his style of play with plenty of shot opportunities, and for the right type of money. One of the two teams remaining had all 4 of his required criteria, and that is the team that he has decided to sign with.
So, I am happy to announce on behalf of Danny Granger, that he will be spending his next 6 years as a member of:
The Charlotte Bobcats
Charlotte, Update your charts with the 6 year 102 Million dollar offer as posted earlier
Year 1: $14,000,000 Year 2: $15,500,000 Year 3: $16,500,000 Year 4: $18,000,000 Year 5: $18,000,000 Year 6: $20,000,000

This was the best place for Granger I'll admit, my focus was to try to jack the price up for CHA since he didn't give me Tyrus or Bell I do think irl he would have taken 10 M more to play for me, but whatever. Mission fail for me, Granger better watch his back in Miami. Good job Kitty and you still have about 5 M in cap space, your gonna be tough. PS. If I would have gotten him I would have traded him at the deadline, I know people value him highly.

DAMMIT. Best of luck trying to compete for playtime with Charlotte's bench though. I'm dubious of Dallas' Decision after looking at the bobcats depth chart

DAMMIT. Best of luck trying to compete for playtime with Charlotte's bench though. I'm dubious of Dallas' Decision after looking at the bobcats depth chart If anything, you would've had to compete with Thad Young for minutes on your team. Either that or one of them would've have been out of position.

Apparantly it would have been a Committee conspiracy or Dallas resorting to playing the nice guy here to win favours for Arenas. I'm done with what I have to say. I urge everyone to pay close attention to see if Dallas gets Arenas.

Delonte West (PG/SG) 74 12. Rudy Fernandez (SF/SG) 74Are both of you and Dallas blind? And Granger would be my starting SG, thats not out of position for him

Are you serious bro? I didnt want to have the final say in where Granger went and you can ask any of the staff that. I didnt even want to be involved because of people like you saying that sort of thing. Granger is a 6'9 SF, say what you will. Charlotte was the best place for him. And by the way 4 staff members bid on Granger's services....and even more if you count Phoenix bid for Milwaukee and LAC. You made the final 2 for a reason, Cha was a better place
As you asked Miami after he got eliminated from the race...."What happened to a graceful retreat?"
Oh well- I want the best for the league like you do... stop trying to spread this nonsense

Granger is 6'8" G/F. He can play both positions, get the facts straight before deciding which team needs him more. Do you even know Granger's game? Doubt it.
Its not about CMs in general. It's about which player you needed and which player he wanted. Coincidence eh?Well that's a sad fact. We'll see what happens with Arenas then. Looks like the chances of you be getting him are dwindling. If you do get him, people will talk, tongues will swagger, no more trust in the league then the league dies. Oh well, you get the picture =D
You know what I am begining to lose every ounce of confidence and enthusiasm in this league. No I won't quit just yet, I'll just hang around to see how it'll fare or continue to "flourish" with such management.
